Sage 100 Interfaces

As specialists in the SAGE 100 environment with strong expertise in data management, we have developed numerous custom solutions for our clients.

Appointment scheduling

Across various projects, our web solutions have been integrated with Exchange calendars to enable interactive online appointment booking forms. The available time slots are dynamically generated based on rules defined by our customers.

  • Selecting the staff member's calendar based on the topic the visitor wishes to discuss.
  • In the case of on-site repair appointments, the proposed time slots are optimized based on the client's address to minimize technicians' travel time.
Outlook Add-Ins

In many situations, it is useful to transfer information from an email into an internal application, such as a CRM system or another business tool.

To achieve this, we have frequently developed custom Outlook add-ins, which offer the advantage —unlike macros— of being remotely updatable.

For example, in the context of creating customer support (SAV) tickets, key features include:

  • Recognition and validation of the sender's contact information
  • Creation of a new contact if not already in the system
  • Formatting of data before sending it to the target system
  • Attachment selection with preview prior to transfer

Photo library

Field agents from one of our clients visit policyholders to assess damage following an incident (fire, water damage, etc.).

They needed to be able to easily take photos and upload them to the document management system (DMS), while ensuring the images are correctly associated with the relevant case file. Our proposed solution is a web-based application available in two versions, mobile and desktop, each with dedicated features.

The mobile version allows agents to retrieve the case number either by entering the policyholder’s details (name, address, etc.) or by scanning a QR code printed on the intervention order. Agents can then take photos directly within the app and send them to the back-office team. A disconnected mode ensures the app remains functional even without internet access.

The standard version (PC) allows the user to access the photos and edit them (rotation, cropping, renaming, etc.).

Data entry and sample processing

For the SNCF Railway Test Agency, we have developed several specific applications to collect and process information about samples taken on site (selection of samples for laboratory analysis, generation of necessary documentation, etc.).
